The ships hanger bays have multiple levels and are large enough that they can accomidate the landing of a Heavy frigate within the hanger for repairs. The ship is spacious on the interior and its designed to be able to section off areas of the ship in the event of boarding, if boarders are caught in the sealed sections they can be suffocated and die. to ensure space-Superiority it carries 250 YSS-1000 Sabre craft. It also carries 1000 GA-TL2 Longsword Fighter-Bomber. The ship can effectively transport every single ODST battalion in the UNSC. The ship has the ability to transport 210,000 Marines and other Various personnel. And only recently has it's presence revealed to both the public and UNSC personnel. The Reclaimer was built on mars with the upmost secrecy. The Inheritor was recovered by a pair of Spartans, one of whom is a Spartan II the other a Spartan III of Beta company.

It's hull takes on the design of the old Phoenix-Class Colony ship. The Reclaimer-Class Super Carrier, is the most heavily Armed and Armoured ship in the UNSC fleet.
